Always file from the edge to the centre of the nail, using long smooth strokes.
One Glosser - 10cm
Once a month: Use the pink side to smooth ridges on the surface of the nail and create a fine finish and sheen.
Then use the grey side to create a high gloss finish. Repeat this step every few days to maintain a natural shine.
