How We Ship
We ship by Royal Mail 1st Class postage or Royal Mail Special Delivery to the United Kingdom.
We ship by Royal Airmail to the rest of the world.
Orders are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours of receiving cleared payment Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
How Much Is Shipping
Shipping to the United Kingdom is £1.50 for orders valued at £20 or under.
Shipping to the rest of the world is £3.50 for orders valued at £35 or under.
Shipping to the United Kingdom for orders valued over £20 is FREE
Shipping to the rest of the world for orders valued over £35 is FREE
Optional Next Day Delivery for the United Kingdom is £5.95 per order, regardless of the value Monday to Friday. Orders to be placed before 1pm. Order received after 1pm will be sent the next working day. Next day delivery only applies Monday to Friday, Friday orders will be posted Friday for garanteed Monday delivery.
Returns
If you need to return your item(s) to us for any reason, please contact us first to arrange and obtain details for the return.
We are pleased to offer all of our customers a 14 day no quibble returns policy*
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please return in the original condition and packaging for a refund or exchange.
Postage costs are at ALL times buyer’s responsibility and this will be deducted from refund amount unless an error has occurred on our part In the unfortunate event you receive an item that is incorrect or faulty please contact us immediately and we will exchange or refund including any postage or packing costs. Please ensure you email prior to sending goods back.
*For reasons of hygiene and safety we are unable to refund or exchange earrings and belly bars unless they are faulty.
Lost Items
Please allow 10 working days from dispatching your item/s to notify us of late delivery.
Ensure you check your local sorting office incase item/s are awaiting collection.
If not received please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve this problem in a prompt manner.
